What to expect:

Typically, a client contacts me with a problem or situation, followed by interviews with key decision-makers. I then request and review key documents, and submit an initial analysis for discussion. Once we have agreement on the scope of work required, I write a formal proposal including deliverables, KPIs, and expected timeline.

My approach includes:

  • Contracting around expectations for both cultural (qualitative) and quantitative KPIs, such as turnover or hiring success

  • Coaching leaders on how these metrics are related

  • Working with ED/CEO/business owners individually, or with Boards and senior management, or with senior leaders and their teams

  • Providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring in HR and finance—frequently critical areas

  • Executive and staff recruiting or vetting contractors based on client needs

  • Investigations or audits into cultural issues and HR concerns

  • Delivering workshops that create lasting change

Identify the underlying patterns and dynamics creating obstacles through interviews, document review, and organizational assessment.

Testing & Strategic Planning

Develop a formal proposal with clear scope of work, key outcomes/deliverables, expected schedule/timeline, and KPIs (both cultural and quantitative).

Implementation & Coaching

Execute the plan with hands-on guidance, coaching, and mentoring. I walk alongside you to build lasting competencies while delivering on your organization's mission and goals.
